User Accounts

  
 
The User Account section allows you to:


To Update Your Personal Web User Information
  • Select the "Your Account" link on the left of the page to view your existing information
  • You can update the following personal information:
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Password

  • Once your information has been updated, click on the "Submit Changes" button

Add or Update Users



   

View All Web Users (Administrators Only)
  • From here you can:
    • View the name and web username of all web users associated with your company
    • Click a button to add a user
    • Click a link to update a user
    • Click a link to remove a user

Add New Web User
  • From here you can add the following information and account access settings for a web user:
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Username
    • Password
    • User Access Level
    • Assigned VSLs
      • Assigning a user to a VSL will restrict that user's privileges to the assigned VSL. A user can be assigned to a maximum of 8 VSLs. If a user is not assigned to any VSLs, then the user's privileges apply to all VSL's associated with the user's assigned Warehouse account(s).
    • Assigned Warehouse Accounts
      • Assigning a user to a Warehouse Account will restrict that user's privileges to the assigned Warehouse Account. A user will need to be assigned to a Warehouse Account in order to view or order inventory.
    • Assigned Billing Accounts
      • Assigning a user to a Billing Account will restrict that user's privileges to the assigned Billing Account. A user will need to be assigned to a Billing Account to order inventory.

VSL Authorization
